INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping with us. Please read carefully before placing an order, as this policy governs your purchase and shipment.
1. ORDER PROCESSING
· Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days following successful payment authorization.
· Processing times may be extended during peak sales periods, public holidays, or due to inventory restocking.
· Once an order has entered processing, it cannot be modified or canceled.
2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We offer Free Tracked & Insured International Shipping to most destinations.

*Important: All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs processing, carrier disruptions, natural disasters, or public health events are beyond our control.
3. TRACKING INFORMATION
· Customers will receive tracking information once the order is shipped.
· It may take up to 72 business hours for tracking information to reflect on the carrier's system.
· Customers are solely responsible for monitoring the tracking progress of their shipment.
4. SHIPPING ADDRESSES
· The customer is fully responsible for providing a complete, accurate shipping address at the time of order.
· We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or loss due to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses.
· If a package is returned due to incorrect address information, the customer may be charged additional reshipping and handling fees.
5. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION & NON-RECEIPT
· Once a shipment is marked "Delivered" by the carrier to the address provided, the order is deemed successfully fulfilled.
· If the customer claims non-receipt despite confirmed delivery, the customer must:
■ File an official investigation directly with the local carrier or postal authority.
■ Provide us with written confirmation and supporting documentation from the investigating authority.
· Upon receiving satisfactory evidence, we may — at our sole discretion — issue a one-time replacement. Refunds are not issued for orders marked as delivered.
6. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
· If an order is lost in transit (prior to being marked as delivered), we may issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
· Claims for lost shipments must be made within 14 days of the last tracking update.
· Damaged shipments must be reported within 48 hours of receipt, accompanied by photographic evidence of both packaging and product.
7. IMPORT DUTIES, TAXES & CUSTOMS FEES
· All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, or other government charges.
· The customer is fully responsible for any such fees imposed by the destination country.
· Refusal to pay these fees or failure to clear customs may result in the package being returned or abandoned. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
8. REFUSED, UNCLAIMED OR ABANDONED ORDERS
· If a customer refuses delivery, fails to collect the shipment from customs, or provides an undeliverable address, the package may be abandoned or returned at the customer’s cost.
· No refunds will be issued for abandoned or refused shipments.
9. FORCE MAJEURE
We are not liable for failure to deliver or delay in delivery due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, pandemic, carrier disruptions, customs delays, labor strikes, or governmental regulations.
10. CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree:
· That you have provided a correct and deliverable address.
· That you are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees.
· That you accept the risk of non-delivery due to reasons outside of our control once the package is handed over to the carrier.
· That you have read, understood, and accepted this Shipping Policy.
